Recent Topics Posters DAVIDSON, CHRIS [1], CHRISTOPH, SHARON [1], TAYLOR, CHARLOTTE [2]. www.FloraoftheWorld.org: Digital Images Documenting the World's Botanical Diversity. Digital imagery provides a medium to document the world's plants as a facet of formal scientific collections. We focus on detailing at least one genus of all vascular plant families. Our work is conducted in collaboration with local colleagues and projects. More than 165,000 images of 400+ APG plant families and 14,000+ species from all continents (except Antarctica) and 45 countries document morphology, diagnostic features, habit, and habitat and are available for other botanists to use. Images can be searched by genus, species, family, country, specimen data, an other details, and have a focus on species difficult to access.
